With educational accolades from Cambridge and the Medical University, Faculty of Dental Medicine in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and years of rich professional experience, Dr. Ilioski is a celebrated name in contemporary dentistry.

Pharmacist, Owner and Founder
Dr. Mika is the driving force behind our clinic. A highly qualified and well-known pharmacist on the island for many years, and a respected member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, Dr. Mika brings extensive expertise in pharmaceuticals and medicine. As both a pharmacist and founder, Dr. Mika is integral to our daily operations and patient care, ensuring that the highest standards of service and treatment are upheld.
Dr. Mika is full of life, very positive and brings laughter wherever she goes. Her greatest passion is spending time with her children. She loves diving into their activities, making every moment a lively and joyful experience. For Dr. Mika, family adventures and activities are her greatest source of joy and fulfillment.
Zoe
Lead Practice Receptionist
Zoe is the welcoming face of Wight Clinic and an invaluable part of our team. As the Lead Receptionist, she combines kindness, professionalism, and expertise to ensure that every patient feels valued and cared for. With years of experience as a pharmacy manager, Zoe brings a wealth of knowledge to the clinic, allowing her to handle patient inquiries and services with confidence and efficiency. Her exceptional communication skills and dedication to high standards guarantee that our clinic runs smoothly, and patients always receive the best care possible.
In her personal life, Zoe cherishes time spent with her big and beautiful family. She enjoys every moment with them and finds joy in her favourite hobbies during her free time.

Dental Hygienist
We are delighted to welcome Cathy to Wight Clinic. An exceptional lady in every sense, With over 30 years of experience and a Diploma in Dental Hygiene from the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital in London, Cathy is a truly exceptional addition to our most amazing team.
Cathy is known for her very calm and compassionate manner, making her especially well-suited to support patients who may feel nervous or anxious about dental care.
Her approach is all about building trust, providing gentle yet thorough hygiene care, and helping patients feel confident in their smiles. She brings with her extensive knowledge of modern hygiene treatments, including EMS Airflow technology for deep cleaning, advanced whitening, and a strong focus on patient education and long-term oral health.
Cathy brings her wealth of experience and warm personality to Wight Clinic, where she’s happy to care for both registered and non-registered patients alike. Her gentle touch and commitment to patient care make her a beloved part of our team.

She is also a mother to a lively 2-year-old, who fills her days with joy and creativity. Abbie is a dedicated and highly reliable Dental Nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting dentists across a wide range of procedures. She is particularly experienced in implant dentistry and intravenous sedation, where her calm and attentive approach helps patients feel safe and well supported throughout their treatment journey.

Michelle Rowland
Dental Nurse
Michelle has worked in dentistry for over 15 years and has been a qualified dental nurse for 12 of those years. Known for her friendly, caring, and empathetic manner, she takes pride in delivering a high standard of care to every patient at Wight Clinic.
She holds an additional qualification in Dental Anxiety Management, making her particularly skilled at supporting patients who feel nervous or anxious about dental treatment. Michelle takes the time to build trust, offer reassurance, and ensure patients feel listened to and comfortable throughout their appointments.
Working closely with the wider dental team, she plays a key role in creating a calm, supportive environment and helping patients have a positive experience at the clinic. Outside of work, Michelle is a devoted mother and enjoys spending time with her children and her fox red Labrador.
